This paper is an analysis of Transylvania regarding the natural and anthropic potential of the Transylvania region. In this paper we used methods such as cartographic description, analytical method and graphics. These methods helped to translate data into charts, tables and charts using the EXCEL program. The paper is based on documentation, analysis of statistical and territorial data research, integration and complex interpretation of information. The integration of all geographic information allowed, through complex interpretation and their transposition into representative maps, the knowledge and understanding of the natural and anthropic tourism potential in Transylvania. The data used were provided by the following institutions: Counties Councils, County Development Strategy 2007 - 2013, National Institute of Statistics, ADR Central analysis "Balnear tourism-economic domain with potential development in the Center Region". Regarding the natural tourist potential of the area within the region, there are natural and national parks (eg Cheile Bicazului-Hăşmaş National Park), nature reserves (eg Aiud Cheile, Cheile Râmeţului, Cheile Întregalde), winter resorts (eg: Predeal, Păltiniş) and spa resorts. The cultural and historical heritage is also complex and includes ancient vestiges (eg: The remains of the Roman castles Apulum), cities with a complex cultural heritage (eg Brasov, Sibiu), fortified churches and fortresses (eg Prejmer Church, Viscri, Saschiz, Rupea Fortress, Râşnov Fortress), castles and palaces (eg Bran Castle, Brukenthal Palace), monasteries (eg Sâmbăta de Sus).

The paper presents the tourism sector in the county of Cluj, combining physical and geographical, historical and economic elements favored over time by the emergence of tourism activities in the area. This paper presents an analysis of several components of the tourism sector as well as tourism potential of the county, adjacent infrastructure and sector-specific types and forms of tourism practiced in Cluj by the existing natural potential, movement and tourism demand. The major objectives of this work are: establishment of the potential attractiveness of the county by inventorying and assessing its natural and anthropogenic aspects; determining the extent to which infrastructure present here is valued and able to contribute to the economic development of the county and determining how tourist traffic has evolved over time. The data were provided by Cluj County Council, Cluj County Development Strategy 2007 - 2013, and National Institute of Statistics, Cluj. The data were processed and converted into tables, graphs and then analyzed. The presence in various proportions of the attractive natural resources and the different accessibility of the road network and the position in the territory of Cluj-Napoca - a nodal landmark, the dispersion of tourist flows in Cluj County and the entire region of North -West constitute the favorable conditions for practicing a wide variety of different types and forms of tourism. (with whom they could develop new forms, provided accommodation is in charge of planning and modernization, diversification and functional readjustment ) and allow drawing a tourism profile.

Through organization scientific production and work aims the growth the use of resources. The degree of mobilization of the resource potential, what characterized intensity use their is expressed by two indicators: intensity consuming (spending) the resource potential and efficiency (result) using resource potential. Addressing theoretical and methodological issues evaluation potential units agriculture, which is being discussed in the literature economic agrarian, allows shooting conclusion that the production potential of the units agriculture is a category economic through which it expresses itself characteristic production systematic forces as sets of different combinations of productive resources: land, capital (in form fixed and assets) and labor resources. Evaluation resource potential is performed complicated in the goal determination opportunities potential of the entities in the production agricultural, information obtained. It is used in the development business plans and the development of the enterprise. The authors investigated composition potential resources, which have a share essential in the production potential and are of great importance in the indicators- the result, which is determined through the report from results obtained (output, income, profit ) and efforts (or resources used ). The authors have developed methodology determination the full potential of resources and return it expressed value, and estimate with their help indices statistics.

The dominant trend both abroad and in our country is phasing out heavy concrete and replace them with alternative building materials that meet tenants health and the environment. Thus arose "green homes" made with organic materials, among which the most important is wood. One such alternative material consists of chipboard with cement or concrete. Material, in the form of plates or bricks, has a configuration of several layers, with the sides of the wood fibers bonded with cement, concrete and polystyrene core. The wood used to build green houses, as we know, is the oldest material used in construction, being used both as a structural element in exterior walls, interior walls, roofs, floors, woodwork items, or integral structure as well as the furniture and decorations. In general, the construction works carried out in our country use resinous wood (fir, spruce) or oak. This has extended to our country, the trend of completion of houses in natural materials, environmentally friendly and execution price that is lower.

The paper presents the abundance of species of nocturnal Lepidoptera that favorable environmental conditions may constitute a danger to crops near the pasture analyzed. Capturing harmful insects by using trap light years in the period 2013-2015, contributes to protecting the environment and thus eliminate the use of pesticides in soil persistence that can be used to combat pests of crops, and to establish optimal combat moments when treatment it is justified economically.

The present paper aims to forecast the evolution of the main sustainable development indicators for the North-Eastern region of Romania in accordance with their trends from the 2000-2013 and 2007-2013 periods. Our purpose was to compare and complete the result indicators of the Regional Development Strategy of the North-East Region for 2014-2020 and to improve, in this way, the monitoring process in the future. With this objective in mind, we concentrate our quantitative analysis on the main sustainable indicators which can be correlated with the strategic objectives. The results revealed that many indicators are over-dimensioned and that many sustainable indicators are not included in the monitoring process

Under laboratory conditions, the effect of the amount of borate salt additive, norm and temperature of EPA on the yield and quality of the product was studied. The effect of the ratio of phosphorite: borate salt on the degree of decomposition of phosphorite, the effect of the norm and temperature of extraction phosphoric acid on the degree of decomposition of the mixture of phosphorite: borate salt was also studied. On the basis of the obtained research results, the optimal parameters of the technological process for the production of borate-double superphosphate using borate salts of the Inderskoe field are determined.

The paper presents a summary of the activities and the results with an impact in vocational education and training from the implementation of the MOBIVET 2.0 project. The project envisaged that the future of teaching would rapidly vacate the classroom and become heavily involved in distance-learning using Multimedia/Internet. The revolution from the classroom lecturer’s “talk and chalk” to independent Mobile E-Learning requires a completely new and different didactical approach. Education process gets more focused on the availability and mobility needs of the students and more adapted to the changes in technology, as mobile devices become more versatile, software changes every few months and the wireless transfer rates increase. This process requires new teaching methodologies, training of trainers to keep them updated and validation of the best practices in the educational field. An online Learning Management System was implemented, a wide range of devices were used, ranging from desktop computers, to laptops, tablets and smartphones (with different Operating Systems, browsers and screen sizes and resolutions) to develop and test a number of seven courses in different study areas. Teachers and students from vocational education and training (VET) were assisted in the process and this lead to the development of a “VET Teachers manual in using Mobile Web 2.0 tools and applications in online training and tutoring”, an “online training and tutoring methodology” and a “self-evaluation methodology”, with step-by-step guidance for users. The technical testing and the piloting activities in the project revealed that by using mobile technologies in teaching, the availability of information increases and thus educational activities better serve their purpose for the students. Also, the use of laptops, smartphones and tablets was preferred by the participants over the desktop computers in a ratio of 3:1, thus emphasizing the need for mobility and information availability.
