The study examines the stationary conditions, determine solutions to improve degraded land, assessing the cost of ecological restoration work needed in the area of improving degraded lands at Rapa - Copăcel, estimated benefits of the project and its viability. Objectives of the paper: need to introduce in the circuit of productive forest lands within the improvement of the area "La Rapa - Copăcel" danger zone where activation of the phenomena of degradation (erosion , landslides ) predominate. Out of 102.33 ha as area for improvement, the effective area of 101.6 ha is forested, representing a difference of 0.73 ha, 1.2 m wide strip that is to be the place for hedges. Viability of the project results from the ratio calculated benefit/cost = 2.3 which justifies the need and opportunity for investment. Opportunity project results in immediate and potential beneficial effects of the a forestation namely stabilization by stopping land erosion and landslides with positive influences on human settlements, infrastructure and communication lines, reducing the intensity of land degradation processes and the gradual improvement their production capacity as the direct effect of forest cultures, the role of forests in improving the main factors of environmental water, air, climate, reducing extreme values of climatic factors (temperature, evapotranspiration, wind speed, humidity) and air purification by the ozoning phyithoncide releasing the destructive effect of microbes; regulating rainfall, ensuring constant and permanent water flow, reducing the effects of drought and floods, improving stationary conditions for the maintenance and development of herbaceous vegetation and forest. It specifies the role and sanogene functions of the forest – ambient of the forest, an constructive and necessary factor for the ecosystems and human health, and its other roles: aesthetic role "attribute of all forests" - contemplating a sylvan landscape with positive effects on the psyche (lights, shadows, colors, contrasts, echo), thus improving the appearance of the landscape area surrounding Loamnes; diversifying and increasing social functions, conservation of biodiversity, creating a favorable climate for wildlife, creating database, nectarous economic effects are related to obtaining wood in a wood shortage area.

The paper aimed to promote the cruises on the Danube River. Generally, in our mind the cruises on the Danube river mean trips of a few hours along the borders of the Danube in Budapest or in its Delta. Just a few persons know, however, that there is an extended version of these trips from 7 to 15 days of all inclusive luxury on board travel on a ship, with stops in the most historical cities which are situated along the Danube. The voyages by boat on the Danube are a very convenient and enjoyable option both for leisure and visits to the main cities from the Western Europe which are crossed by the Danube river. However, most of the cruise variants start either from Passau, and ends Budapest, or from Budapest to Passau destination. The paper presents an interesting offer of 15 days/14 nights cruise by boat along the Danube River

This paper aimed to improve the properties of gluten biscuits using food additives. For the research, sodium metabisulphite and cysteine antioxidants, were used, and their influence on the properties of gluten biscuits was observed. Sodium metabisulphite had a good effect on biscuits taste and external appearance, and also for the mastication process, finally with a positive impact on biscuits sales. Cysteine has a moisture-reducing effect compared to sodium metabisulphite, an aspect very important for product's consistency.

The objective of the study consisted in determining some biologically active properties of the pheromone of anxiety(secret), obtained from the tissues of the Red Hybrid Worm of California for the purpose of its use in veterinary medicine. The object of the research served: the Red Hybrid worm of California, the pheromone of anxiety both natively and in various dilutions (from 1:1 to 1:100). During the study, the following methods were used: to obtain the pheromone of anxiety and sterilizing of it; the determination of bactericidal activity and lysozyme was performed by the photonefelometry method. As a result of the research it was found that the pheromone of anxiety manifested bactericidal activity towards microbial cultures Staphylococcus aureus (№ 209), Escherichia coli, Micrococcus luteus (Micrococcus lysodeikticus), Candida albicans depending on the used dilutions. In the undiluted native secret, the bactiricidal activity, tested by using these crops, constituted respectively 552.00%, 355.00% and 13,500.00%, and in the dilutions 1:1 - 1:100 it oscillated respectively from 250.00%, 370.00% and 3,900.00% till 23.00%, 42.00% and 100.0%. Towards the microbian culture Candida albicans microbial activity was not found. The lysozyme activity of the undiluted pheromone of anxiety constituted 10.20%, and in the dilutions 1:10 - 1:100 it oscillated from 8.60% to 8.70%, which led to the fact that research would no longer be continued. Thus, it was found that the pheromone of anxiety, obtained from tissues of Red Hybrid worm of California, has manifested a bactericidal activity depending on the concentration and type of microbial cultures on which the test was performed.

In the article is reflected the assessmnet of the influence of feed grown with fund of organic and mineral fertilizer on the physiological development (body mass gain) of rabbits. For this purpose forage crops (corn, alfalfa, fodder beet), grown with the use of organic fertilizers and minerals, were used in the food ration of rabbits. To resolve the expected objective it was organized an experiment with three lots of rabbits analogues in terms of body weight: a control lot and two - experimental. In the food ration of rabbits in the first, second and third lots were used respectively, forage crops grown with natural background (lot I), with the fund of organic fertilizer (lot II) and mineral fertilizer (lot III). Analyzing the obtained results it was found, that the body weight gain of rabbits that used in the food ration forage cultivated with natural background, worm compost and ammonium nitrate was respectively with 166.59%, 184.80% and 146.60 % higher enhanced than that from the start of the experiment. Daily weight gain of rabbits in lot II overtook with 10.59% and that of the animals in lot III has decreased with 12.30% compared with that of animals in the control lot. Thus, it was established the influence of forage plants cultivated with the use of organic and mineral fertilizer on the body weight gain of rabbits.

Exploitation of specialized goats in Romania is a growing concern among breeders. The explanation can be attributed to the initial intervention on the milk quota and more recently due to the new agricultural policies. Thus, performing animals that are exploited for milk production such as Murcia Granadina breed are imported. This breed is distinguished mainly by the quality of milk, but also by the performance achieved in the environment. The study shows how to adapt the Spanish breed to the type of semi-intensive farm in southern Romania. Specific body measurements were performed, basic indices, prolificacy, and production performances were determined. This was followed up the process of youth growth as well as the quantitative and qualitative performance of milk obtained at Agrivalahia - Conteşti farm, Dâmboviţa County. The study was carried out within the framework of the CAPRIPLUS project, which aims to achieve qualitative performance for a higher milk. The main body size results show: live weight 45.58±0.73 kg, as an average, withers height 67.02±0.33 cm, the height at the crupper 65.25±0.36 cm, oblique body lengt 67.25±0.82 cm, head length 22.51±0.12 cm, head width 13.19±0.19 cm, chest width 17.05±0.31 cm, croup width 17.55±0.17 cm, thoracical perimeter 76.89±0.84 cm and cannon bone perimeter 7.84±0.15 cm. These dimensions correspond to a population with a typical dolicomorphic conformation. There are also typical hypo-eumetric dimensions (developed skeleton, high profile, straight upper line, fine head). These data are also confirmed by basic body indices which was determinate. Milk production is only 440.4 ± 0.18 liters for a period of 185 days of average lactation. Daily average milk production is 2.4 liters. However, milk quality gives a much better breed advantage for its average fat of 5.16% and about 2.95% for protein. This type of milk is suitable for the preparation of a certain type of cheese and specialties.

In this paper I have proposed an analysis and monitoring of the noise sources in the open spaces of air traffic, rail and car in Sibiu. From centralizing data obtained from the analysis of the measurements performed with equipment noise levels, we concluded that the noise and vibration produced by means of Transportation (air, road, rail) can affect human health if they exceed limits. Noise is present and part of our lives and always a source of pollution as any of modern man is not conscious.

The purpose of this study is to make a methodological and technical synthesis on taxation in the countries of the European Union, as well as to highlight the methodology and tax rates for corporate tax and value added tax in 14 European countries. This study highlights that taxes and charges in Europe are not much different from those in Romania. More substantial differences are recorded in the tax rates applied by 26 countries of the European Union but also those outside the EU. In some EU Member States, a number of tax reform measures have been taken, such as: reducing social contributions, lowering VAT in labour intensive sectors, introducing and increasing environmental taxes. Establishing the legal framework for taxation, depending on the fiscal policy objectives of the state, the impact of fiscal discipline in combating the underground economy and tax evasion, improving the methods and procedures used by the tax office in tax settlement, levying and control are problems of utmost importance for ensuring that the public budget system is supplied with the necessary minimum resources.

The paper purpose was to estimate the threshold of the average marketed milk as a starting point of profitableness growth using a sample of 6 dairy farms from the Southern Romania. The collected data belonged to the year 2013 and were processed using Grigoroiu's method. The estimated average marketed milk threshold varied between 5,506 kg per cow and year in case of F1, the maximum level and 4,719 kg per cow and year in case of F3, the minimum level. The average level for all the six dairy farms accounted for 5,059.16 kg. All the 6 farms were profitable, because they recorded a a positive difference between the real average marketed milk and the estimated profitableness threshold. The additional marketed milk varied between +88 kg per cow and year in case of the farm F2 and 1,053 kg per cow and year, the maximum difference, registered in case of the farm F4. Profit varied between Lei 123.2 per cow/year in case of the farm F2, the lowest level and Lei 1,684.8 in case of the farm F4, the highest level. As a conclusion, dairy farmers could use this useful tool to determine the average marketed milk threshold where profitableness starts growing in their own farm. In this way, they could better manage resources and mainly production costs in order to increase economic efficiency in dairy farming.
