The objective of this paper is to present the situation of the social economy in Romania. Through this work, we want to emphasize the role that non-reimbursable European funds have in the development of the social economy in Romania, by making a comparison between the state of social economy before the funding period of 2007 to 2013, the state of social economy after the funding period of 2007 to 2013, the difference been made by the results of the European funding for this section. It is based on the annual reports provided by Ministry of European Funds for Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013, along with recent publications presenting the investigated topic. For the funding period of 2007 to 2013, the data have been processed into the following indicators: social economy structures created, people qualified or requalified in programs for vulnerable groups and the number of jobs created. After the implementation period of 2007 to 2013, the social economy sector has been improved by the foundation of approximately 1,400 social economy structures, by the qualification or requalification of over 130,000 vulnerable people and by creating over 12,000 jobs in the founded structures. As a conclusion, we consider that after the funding period of 2007 to 2013, the significant steps have been made, but the improvements still need to be made in approaching the people belonging to vulnerable groups, helping them fill the gaps that separate them from the majority population in terms of education, work culture and skills required on the labour market.

This paper complements previous studies characterizing the useful and harmful insect species existing in different types of ecosystems in the village of Sibiel (Sibiu). The study presents quantitative relations resulted from the ecological typology established by observations and research. Research related to the application of the information theory in knowledge of the biota structure of a grassland ecosystem, with quantities and qualitative ratios related to useful and harmful fauna for the studied meadow have not taken any further. The present study is a beginning knowledge of entomofauna specific for spontaneous grasslands, providing useful data for those interested in setting a system of integrated pest control in these biotas.

The purpose of this paper is to present and maintain that the use of bricks, by brick ceramic blocks as a building material, is still the best option to have a durable and durable house. I have presented both the advantages and drawbacks of using ceramic blocks in the execution of buildings. As a method of research, we presented the technological method of execution of masonry blocks in ceramic blocks and the method of realization of ceramic blocks. The building material, its quality, how it is used, and the cost of each construction material are very important in the execution of a home. We can say that a brick house can last for over 150 years. The lifetime of a brick house is high and the maintenance costs are very low. Even if we see that most old homes have used full brick, it is not as resistant as the Porotherm ceramic blocks. The technology through which they are made is far more advanced than what was available in the past. Ceramic brick blocks are baked at particularly high temperatures and robotic formats with a high degree of precision. Thus, although they have air inlets for better thermal insulation, they are particularly resistant to compression. The field of brick production is constantly evolving. Increasing demands on structural properties and economic issues lead to product differentiation and specialization. For these reasons, we conducted this study on all aspects, both technical, technological, and economic, regarding ceramic brick blocks.

In the process of creating grape varieties are analyzed not only volatile esters of grape processing products, but also their content in juice berries selection of new varieties obtained by inter- and intra the grapevine. These investigations are aimed at the scientific characterization of new varieties of vine varieties compared to classical group Vitis vinifera L. In the study conducted was monitored in order to verify the content of volatile esters of interspecific hybrids juice berries vine V. vinifera L. x M. rotundifolia Michx. (DRX-M3-3-1; DRX-M4-502, -512, -571, -578, -580, 609, -640) is in amounts similar to those classic Vitis vinifera L. (Feteasca Alba, Feteasca Neagra, Rara neagra). Determining the concentration of volatile esters of interspecific hybrids juice berries vine V. vinifera L. x M. rotundifolia Michx. BC3 and by comparison with conventional varieties berries juice concentrations of native vine of V. vinifera L. ssp. Sativa D.C. We conclude that these constituents are in narrow ranges intervals.

The paper approached an actual subject, "Waste recycling in Romania", an important topic in terms of increased quality of life, so superficially treated for methodological and procedural aspects. Essentially, the mismanagement of waste is an important cause concerning the pollution of environment and threats to human health, and at the same time it reflects the inefficient way of the usage of natural resources. One of the greatest risks for people is represented by ineffective and irresponsible collection and recycling of solid waste which pollutes the environment. The waste management technologies like land filling and incineration do not represent a complete solution for solving the existing problems. The organizations should continuously improve the manufacturing and using of waste. Additionally, in order to protect the environment it is necessary to eliminate waste or to transform waste into useful products. At the same time, it may be required to review the identification of waste. The framework regarding waste elimination contains three consecutive phases: waste documentation, waste analysis, and waste removal. In this paper, waste elimination is the main approached aspect to ensure that the manufacturing sector progresses towards efficient production processes and a hazard-free workplace environment.
