This paper deals with current status and features of land-rental transactions and relations in domestic agricultural. The author has suggested an approach to the justification of the prospects of land-rental relations development in agriculture of Ukraine based on the definition of interconnection of this field with major factors of influence. This approach is based on the application of the method of analysis of the cross-influencing factors, the initial data for the use of which are the conclusions of experts involved in solving specific forecasting problems. This approach makes it possible to calculate the likely tendencies of development of the main parameters of land-rental transactions in agriculture, depending on changes in factors of impact. Taking into account the current state and peculiarities of rental relations in domestic agricultural land use, medium-term scenarios for the development of this element of the market turnover of land have been formed, which provide an opportunity to predict the development of land-rental transactions and relations depending on market conditions.

The wastewater, insufficiently treated, affect negatively the quality of emissary reached. Poorly treated urban wastewater discharge to surface water has serious consequences for the natural phenomenon of self-cleaning the waters of the Danube and Borcea branch is currently at the limit of the natural opportunities to restore natural biogeochemical balance. In the present study it was discussed about the wastewater with major contribution in pollutants that reach the terminal basin of the Danube, derived from the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Calarasi municipality. The quality indicators of wastewater monitored in the study were: chemical oxygen consume, biochemical oxygen consume, total nitrogen, total phosphorus. The best results were seen in the treatment in case of biochemical oxygen consume (over 96%). Among the main problems recorded in the Wastewater Treatment Plant, it is remarked lower efficiency in removing phosphorus and total nitrogen in the cold season, due to malfunctioning of biological stage, meaning a weak process of eutrophication in the emissary, Borcea Branch.

The aim of this research was the statistical evaluation of the effect of fibers rich flours addition, namely oat, barley and millet flours, in wheat flour (15% and 30%), on the dough technological parameters, as well as on the main bread quality parameters. In this regard, there have been analyzed: flours technological water absorption, dough pH after kneading, pH after fermentation, temperature after kneading, temperature after fermentation. The quality bread analyzes were: pH, moisture, porosity and volume. The results showed that water absorption increase extremely significant in oat and barley (30%) bread. Temperatures after kneading increased, especially in millet bread. Kneading and fermentation determined significant decreases of fibers rich dough pH. The Spearman correlation between the dough technological parameters (n=7) showed that the temperature after kneading correlated negative significant with pH after kneading (r=-0.821*). An extremely significant positive correlation has been established between dough pH after kneading and dough pH after fermentation (r=0.955***). Water absorption influenced bread moisture by 49% (r2=0.49). Bread with 30% millet flour, showed a significant increased porosity, against wheat bread (t=3,531*). The increase of water absorption decreased the porosity by 44% (r2=0.44) and the increase of temperature after kneading influenced the porosity increase by 51%. Flours pH (r2=0.41) and bread moisture (r2=0.41) influenced most bread pH. Bread volume did not correlate with any parameter. Functional bakery products with added fibers and increased content of vitamins, proteins and minerals, from oat, barley, and millet, help to maintain the consumers health.

The aim of this paper is to assess the evolution of European farms from COP sector (in 2009 and 2013) in terms of financial viability. In our research approach, we applied a combination between the non-parametric method PCA, the multi-criteria decision analysis method TOPSIS and k-means cluster analysis. Our database comprised eight ratios, calculated based on FADN data from 94 regions specialised in COP production (23 countries). The results revealed the disparities created between farms during the 2009-2013 period due to different agricultural political conditions and to different recovery from financial crisis.

Due to its characteristics, Olt County has a high potential for agricultural activity. Starting from this, adding the regional framework of existence, the paper presents the rapeseed offer in the context in which this culture is currently an extension. Regarding the cultivated area, the following aspects were highlighted: at national level, the indicator variation of amplitude was 432,035 ha (4.10 times for the minimum level of indicator, 19.60% decrease when is compared to the maximum level for the indicator); there is a variation of amplitude at regional level of 48.306 ha, which was a increase of 3.20 times the minimum level (2013), and a decrease of 23.81% when we compare to the maximum level (2010), at the county level the variation amplitude of the surface area was 23,904 ha, which exceeded the minimum level of indicator (2012) by 3.56 times and was 21.92% lower than the maximum level (2010). Regarding total rapeseed production, there is a national variation amplitude of 1,135,268 t, which exceeded 7.21 times the minimum (2012) and was lower by 12.19% of the maximum term (2016); at regional level, the variation amplitude was 91,440 t, which exceeded 4.71 times the minimum term (2013) and was lower 17.33% with the maximum level (2016); at the county level: the recorded amplitude reached 41,675 t, which exceeded the 4.46 times the minimum term (2012) and was lower than the maximum term (2010) by 18.34%. If we refer to the average production yield per unit of production (kg / ha), the following conclusions can be drawn: at national level, the variation amplitude was 1,478 kg / ha, which exceeded 1.09 times the minimum (2009) was lower than the maximum term (2016) by 47.87%; at regional level the indicator has a variation amplitude of 1,415 kg / ha, which exceeded the minimum period (2013) of 1.11 times and was lower compared to the maximum period (2016) by 47.30%; at the county level, the amplitude of variation of the indicator was 1,255 kg / ha, which was lower than both the minimum (2013) and the maximum (2016) with 0.87 and 50.22%. Olt County represents a decisive producer of rapeseed for the Region South West Oltenia, by the weights held at the cultivated area level (47.63%) and the total production (46.44%). The decrease in the share for total production compared to the cultivated area at regional level, is explained by lower average yield per hectare for the county with 0.33% compared to the regional one.
